Conenct DataTools Pro to Notion

Step 1: Access Notion settings page

Step 2: Click “Connect DataTols Pro to Notion button.

Step 3. Proceed to grant permission from DataTools Pro to publish to Notion by clicking Next.

IMPORTANT NOTE: DataTools Pro does NOT request the permission to read content from your Notion app..

Step 4- Select the appropriate option for how DataTools Pro should publish to your Notion instance.

Use a template provided by the developer

This option will use a standard template to publish your metrics glossary. If you would like to preview the template we use, click here

Use a template provided by the developer

This option will allow you to select individual pages that are granted permission to publish your metrics glossary.

Using Notion Export

Step 1. Open the Metrics Glossary

Step 2. Filter the metrics glossary contents that you would like to export

Step 3. Click the Notion icon to open the export dialogue

Step 4. Select the page that you would like to create and nest your metrics glossary.

Step 5. Open Notion to view your published metrics glossary.

Notes on Updating your Metrics Glossary

Once you publish your Metrics Glossary, DataTools pro will keep a list of all pages you have published but will not automatically update Notion as you update your metrics. You will need to re-publish to post updates to users in Notion.
