Muhammad Waqar Ahmad Khan – Lead Engineer
Waqar heads the software engineering practice at DataTools Pro, where he manages all facets of the platform and integrations. Waqar has been a collaborator and builder for over 5 years, wearing many different hats. As a Salesforce administrator and an experienced full-stack engineer, Waqar is continuously expanding DataTools Pro integrations and APIs. Waqar brings his deep integration experience to manage partner integrations like Salesforce, Zapier, Snowflake, Notion, HubSpot, and others.
Waqar joined DataTools full-time in 2024 to head DataTools Pro engineering. Waqar was a long-time collaborator and consultant for multiple Goodman Group-funded projects, including RideShare Sellers and strategy assessment apps, initially as a freelancer, and turned part-time solopreneur.
Over the last twelve years, Waqar has honed his engineering expertise as a professional software consultant. With more than 100 projects completed and 18,000+ hours of billable projects, he has perfected his craft in transforming complex business and technical requirements into working solutions. His early career focused on web development (CodeIgniter, Yii, Laravel), CMS platforms like WordPress, and custom PHP applications.
